The evening begins with an amusing and informative pre-dinner introduction of 3 Scotch whiskies in guise of pre dinner reception where all will learn the ritual and other fact of the Scotch whisky industry. Then during dinner, you will be further entertained by Regis Lemaitre as he explains how to taste Scotch whisky with food, how to bring out the subtleties of each of the evening's fine and unusual whiskies and how to detect the characteristics and flavours that make them ideal to be served with each course.
Regis will come to your choice of location in the UK or Abroad (perhaps your boardroom, office dining room, restaurant or a function room). Drawing on his extensive experience of the catering and hospitality industry, Regis will pre-plan the details of your event and work closely with your caterers to ensure that your dinner event runs smoothly.
Presented in Regis's own inimitable style, the evening is entertaining, informative and challenging to both whisky experts and novices alike.
Regis organizes special ticketed events, places are generally limited so early booking is suggested. These events are light hearted and social occasions, so you can either bring friends or make new ones over a dram!
