Regis Lemaitre acquired his passion for fine malt whisky during his many years experience working at the highest levels of the hospitality industry.
In addition to advising and recommending whiskies to individuals and collectors, he has worked with businesses and private individuals to share his knowledge and enthusiasm. He is a recognised expert in his field, and his unique and personable style of delivery and extensive knowledge of whisky brings a sense of occasion to any event he hosts.

Whisky Dinners
This unique and novel hosted whisky themed experience runs throughout a pre-dinner drink reception and a meal.
In addition to informing and entertaining your guests, we'll also explain the art of selecting appropriate whiskies to complement different dishes and courses of the meal. Your guests will also be introduced in an informal way to the history and traditions of Scotch whisky and the secrets of appreciating its varied and subtle flavours - "The Ritual"
Also, due to Regis's extensive experience in the hospitality and catering industry, the smooth running of your dinner event and speed of service of food will not be affected; Regis's explanations and comments fit seamlessly into the meal.

Tutored Blind Whisky Tastings
From novices to whisky, to experienced connoisseurs, we offer tutored blind whisky tasting to groups, tailored to their experience and your requirements. An excellent time-out event: our hosted tutored whisky tasting is surprising, challenging and educational: "measure the alcoholic strength in your glass with out tasting", "taste and guess the age", "look and guess the maturation style"! In blind tastings we offer a specially selected set of whiskies generally 7 without labels so that you can challenge your senses to taste and smell.
The Specially Tailored Blind Whisky Tasting Event is ideally suited for late afternoon team building session with dinner to follow. It is also suitable for after an early dinner into the early evening.
